Janty’s gift of being able to put digital into perspective, extract and translate a clients business into the digital world has positioned him as one of the leaders in relationship management in Australasia.

Janty quickly identified the ground moving transition into digital and through his high-level communication skills was able to convince thousands of clients in Australia to be quick to make the shift.

Background

His background was in local business operation through his family business from the age of a toddler. His unshakeable work ethic taught him that with effort was return in anything he did. Janty was responsible at a young age to operate his family business and was able to turn it into great success.

He entered digital through a sales role in a company called Australian Local Search before it became True Local. His ability to communicate the direction of the future to small businesses and his genuine interest in their businesses success catapulted him into the elite performers in this industry.

In 2006 he then took his skills to get ahead of the Google AdWords market that was extremely unknown at the time. Janty was one of the first in Australasia to commercialise the Google AdWords product and create a process of acquiring, managing and maintaining the Google AdWords product for over 7000 SMEs in Australia and New Zealand. His unquestionable motive of growing SMEs in Australia created an aggressive approach to not ignore the trend (many clients thank him for this approach these days).

Vision

In the past 10 years Janty has been able to hone his entrepreneurial skills in multiple verticals. In business, Jantys first love was SMALL BUSINESS, along side many of Jantys global projects, his passion which he will not let go will remain small business. He currently operates, coaches and manages several companies across, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Europe.

He is one of the key personalities in the AiiMS Brains Trust. Having his ear on the front line, he is able to understand what small businesses actually go through in the Australian climate.
