About you
- 🞇Minimum of 1 year experience in the role of Receptionist / Front Desk / Admin
- 🞇Outgoing, energetic and bubbly personality
- 🞇Very presentable and professional
- 🞇High attention to detail, very organised and ability to multi-task efficiently
- 🞇Very strong communication skills and phone manner
- 🞇Fast learner
Experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Writing will give you a huge advantage for this role and opportunity!
About the role
- 🞇Managing all incoming calls which include responding to general enquiries, redirecting calls and relaying messages accurately and in a timely manner
- 🞇Greeting, welcoming and hosting all visitors to the office
- 🞇Provide support to meetings including meeting room set-up and catering
- 🞇Providing ad hoc and ongoing support to the office and team
- 🞇Coordinate and schedule in-house bookings, meetings, etc.
- 🞇Coordinate mail and deliveries ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality
- 🞇Complete ownership of the reception space and front desk
- 🞇Other reception and administrative support duties as required
From start and ongoing, you will be supported by and work closely with the entire team, including the Directors. You will have full support and resources of the company available to you in order to execute your job effectively.

You must have
- 🞇B2B sales skills and experience (phone / face to face)
- 🞇Understanding of digital marketing, mainly Google AdWords and SEO
- 🞇Target focussed attitude and ability to close leads and convert deals
- 🞇Self-starter who can work and perform unsupervised when required

About the role
As an AiiMS Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition and growth of new clients. Working towards achievable targets, your goal will be to bring on new clients for AiiMS, targeting Australian businesses, selling digital marketing campaigns.
From start and ongoing, you will be supported by and work closely with the Sales Director, provided with regular qualified inbound leads to work from. You will have full support and resources of the company available to you, alongside ongoing training and coaching by some of the best in sales and marketing.

You must have
- 🞇Minimum 6 - 12 months prior SEO experience
- 🞇Basic understanding of On-Page SEO Best Practices

About the role
As an AiiMS Junior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the all onsite & offsite work for all smaller sized SEO clients. You will be responsible for increasing the results & value for the clients in your que.
You will have the freedom to implement the latest SEO strategies that would better our clients chance in higher search engine rankings.
From start and ongoing you will be supported by the Product Manager, providing you with regular work to be completed on a daily basis. You will also work closely with the Web Development Team and a Dedicated Content writer.
Aiims is a fast growing agency with room to grow and develop. You will have the chance to work on some premium clients and have full insight into some of the best performing Google Ads Campaigns in Australia and New Zealand.

You must have
- 🞇Solid scripting knowledge, primarily PHP and JavaScript
- 🞇Strong understanding of CSS principles. Bonus points for experience having used popular CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation / CSS precompilers
- 🞇Intimate knowledge of the WordPress platform is preferred, though exceptions can be made for a strong foundation in PHP
- 🞇Ability to navigate and make changes to websites in a non-destructive way
- 🞇Attention to detail – essential when introducing new elements to existing websites and working with website designs
Nice to have
- 🞇MYSQL familiarity
- 🞇Familiarity with Linux Servers (Bash)
- 🞇Experience with Adobe design tools, though for this role the ability to read / navigate Photoshop design files is all that is required

From start and ongoing you will be supported by the Product Manager, providing you with regular work to be completed on a daily basis.
